As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our supporters, ensuring an exceptional donor experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of donor loyalty campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of multi-channel appeals/campaigns across direct mail, email, SMS, web, social media, telemarketing, and cash giving.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure donor onboarding and second-gift strategies are aligned with loyalty strategies.
- Lead the development and implementation of retention strategies and tactics to maximise income.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor performance to ensure results and maximum ROI.
- Sound knowledge of the Australian fundraising environment.
- Thorough understanding of direct marketing fundraising.

This is a genuine career opportunity for a fundraising or direct marketing coordinator looking to take their next step and build experience across multiple channels at a time of growth for the team. You will be working closely with our experienced and innovative fundraising professionals to develop and put your experience into action, enabling all Australians access to 24-hour crisis support.
This role is split across two complementary areas: growth and retention of donors and income of Individual Giving program, and engagement of all supporters across fundraising portfolio.
You will be joining an outstanding team of highly experienced professionals driven to reach their goals, so that they can continue to grow and deliver critical support to all Australians at a time when the importance of mental health has never been so prevalent.
