Job Title: Senior Individual Giving Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Individual Giving Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our supporters, ensuring an exceptional donor experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of donor loyalty campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of multi-channel appeals/campaigns across direct mail, email, SMS, web, social media, telemarketing, and cash giving.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure donor onboarding and second-gift strategies are aligned with loyalty strategies, are supporter-centred, and data-informed.
  • Lead the development and implementation of retention strategies and tactics to maximise income.
  • Support the implementation of supporter engagement strategies, working with the Supporter Experience and Loyalty Manager to develop engagement journeys.
  • Lead and/or support the design and delivery of supporter engagement touchpoints.
  • Work with the Data and Supporter Services team to ensure supporter feedback and data are collated, analysed, and used to inform and drive strategy.
  • Support the design, build, test, and execution of multi-channel supporter journeys.
  • Collaborate with the Donor Acquisition Manager and Community Fundraising & Campaigns teams to ensure first-time supporters are onboarded for a seamless transition for ongoing stewardship, engagement, conversion, upgrade, and reactivation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align fundraising and engagement activities with brand and organisational messaging.
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian fundraising environment.
  • Thorough understanding of direct marketing fundraising.
  • Possess a strong 'supporter-first' mindset.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate, delight, and inspire supporters.
  • Empathetic listener with a genuine interest in understanding and addressing supporter needs.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Demonstrated project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through with initiative.
  • High energy with the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Work well in a team environment, develop and promote ideas and concepts.
  • Previous fundraising CRM and developing systems to promote efficiency.
