Your Role:
As our Retail Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient retail operations and providing comprehensive support to our Boutiques and retail office. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in all aspects of retail operations and administration
  • Ensuring compliance with retail policies and procedures
  • Preparing sales reports for management review
  • Conducting shop visits to maintain adherence to Dior guidelines
  • Coordinating uniform orders
  • Handling travel arrangements and office supply management
  • Supporting the implementation and utilization of digital tools and projects in retail operations
  • Supporting store openings and closures
  • Managing administrative duties and handling ad hoc assignments
  • Assisting in vendor search and quotation processes
  • Managing packaging requirements to ensure efficient inventory and delivery
  • Providing POS (Point of Sale) and cash management support to boutiques

Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of relevant working experience and hold a diploma or university degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and possess the drive to take initiative and contribute to the team. Strong analytical and communication skills are highly valued, along with a high attention to detail. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also essential.
