Overview of the opportunity


As we prepare for 2023 and beyond, we are looking for a Retail Projects Executive to join us on an initial 12-month full-time fixed-term basis to support us during our high growth phase in the ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) market.

The Retail Projects Executive will support the Manager, Projects ANZ to plan, manage and coordinate store construction activities for both existing and new Sephora retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.

Key areas of responsibilities

  • Provide project management and support services, which may include the preparation and maintenance of project plans and timelines in support of store refurbishments and new store openings
  • Coordinate, liaise and manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers on orders, invoicing, maintenance and defect rectification
  • Prepare and maintain appropriate project documentation, including regular status updates to business stakeholders
  • Control budgets, including raising purchase orders and following up the final cost summary of each project.
  • Validate all quotations, invoices and payments related to the project and processing payment on the Company's finance system.
  • Work closely with our Retail Operations team to support store maintenance and improvement activities
We would love to hear from you if

  • You have a wellrounded understanding of Project Management methodologies.
  • You have proven and demonstrated experience in clientside project management of retail store fitouts
  • You have demonstrated experience with reading/understanding architectural plans, engineer (specialist) plans and shop drawings to be able to plan, support and coordinate projects.
  • You can manage multiple priorities and projects without losing sight of the project deliverables.
  • You have outstanding written and verbal skills
  • You have working knowledge of local government approval processes in Australia and New Zealand
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, including working with Microsoft Projects and previous experience working with industry specific software such as AutoCAD
  • You have experience (and thrive) working in a fastpaced and highvolume environment
  • You have demonstrated experience with cultivating cross functional relationships
  • You are results oriented and resourceful
