The Company

The Role
Due to company expansion they are seeking an experienced and highly organised Retail Executive to support the National Account Manager with both back end administrative tasks and face to face client execution. The successful candidate will provide a key link between the retail, sales and marketing teams and have sound knowledge of products, services, retail operations and logistics within retail or wholesale environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the National Account Manager in all aspects of their role
  • Advising on in-store Quality Control issues and problem solving
  • Accountable for uploading product information to retailer portals
  • Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
  • Lead competitor and market trend analysis
  • Management of new product launches and existing production transitions
  • Support and regularly communicate with our internal and external stakeholders on stock, promotion, distribution queries and updates

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in beauty, skincare or FMCG ideal
  • Strong across project management with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised and driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
