The Role

  • As a Retail Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the National Marketing Manager to plan, strategies and execute retail campaigns across Australia
  • This role offers exciting collaboration opportunities with a mix of internal marketing teams and retail partners/ stakeholders to build consistent, engaging touchpoints for consumers
  • Excellent team culture in a highly forwardthinking, and evergrowing organisation
  • Engaging range of daily tasks and marketing activities. Work on exciting brand, campaign, and communication developments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual national marketing plans to maximise customer traffic, retail sales and operational efficiency
  • Support budgeting and tracking metrics to achieve optimal ROI
  • Execute retail marketing campaigns both physical and digital
  • Work across communications strategy and execution alongside larger brand and PR teams
  • Consistently develop and support digital customer touchpoints to enrich the business platforms
  • At least 2 years of retail marketing experience ideally in shopping centers
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, business, communications or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing including campaign development, project management and delivery
  • A strong understanding of marketing campaign measurement and ROI reporting and budgeting
  • Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen)
