Documentation Officer

We are seeking Documentation Officers to support our lending business by reviewing and updating data in home loan applications, including verifying customers' IDs and providing documentation to Customers/Brokers.

These are full-time permanent positions, Monday through Friday. The role offers a hybrid work setup with flexible arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Identity checks to ensure accuracy
  • Ensuring data accuracy when issuing mortgage documents
  • Reviewing documentation as needed
  • Effectively communicating with brokers and colleagues to expedite processes
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
  • Achieving set KPIs
  • Problem-solving and seeking assistance promptly when needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in financial institutions
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Exposure to KPIs or meeting deadlines
  • High attention to detail when verifying information
  • Understanding of the financial industry and related regulations
  • Analytical mindset for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make timely effective decisions
