What you'll do:
Performing Identity checks while ensuring Customer Identification is accurate and matchingEnsure data is consistent and accurate when issuing mortgage documents to the customerCross reference documentation as requiredProactively communicating to brokers and colleagues of other parts of the business to progress a file efficientlyExcellent time management and task prioritisation requiredDemonstrating a very high level of attention to detailMeet required KPI'sProblem solve and reach out for assistance in a timely mannerWhat you'll bring:
Previous experience working within a financial institutionStrong data entry skillsExperience in KPI's or working towards targets/deadlinesHigh attention to detail by accurately checking all steps and information in processes for correctness, order and consistency.Understanding of market and external environment including banking and financial industry principles and regulationsAn analytical mindset required to develop solutions, courses of action and solution recommendations by using an information base to identify key issues, compare data and determine cause-effect relationships.Excellent communication skills to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written, using a combination of influencing and motivating to cause behavioural change.The ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner across a variety and diversity of mattersWhat we can offer you
