This could be end to end, so the skills to build learning for all mediums is required.

About you Key skills and experiences**:

  • Experience leading capability builds for major projects where you have consulted widely to complete Training Needs Analysis to identify learning audiences, needs, assumptions and dependencies in knowledge, skills or behaviours required for effective knowledge transfer and change adoption in each audience group
  • Scoping, Designing, Building and delivering learning experiences/modules that effectively develop, assess and embed the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for change programme initiatives
