We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People and Capability Advisor to join our team at Icon Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through effective people management and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on people-related matters, including leadership effectiveness and talent development.
- Partner with senior leaders and the People and Culture team to promote and execute Icon's programs, including performance management, rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience.
- Assist leaders in the correct application and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Advise leaders on informal procedures for poor or underperformance and work with the ER team on case management.
- Guide leaders during remuneration reviews to ensure all processes are fulfilled and in accordance with Remuneration Policy and salary banding model.
- Work with leaders to ensure training and development plans are in place.
