Sydney Water has partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C), a consortium comprising of Service stream Maintenance, Service stream utilities to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the Partnering 4 Success(P4S) program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.

What are we looking for?
D4C is seeking a talented Digital Support Agent with a range of skills to join our team.

We are looking for a team member who is going to support the technical infrastructure, day-to-day end-user IT support and maintenance and administration of IT Systems for D4C in a professional and competent manner such that it can provide a high level of service to the business.

The opportunities in this role / roles includes, but are not limited to:

  • Actively work on the level 2 support desk (Jira Service Desk).
  • Administrator with solid knowledge and experience in software packaging, deployment and maintenance of Jamf to support a considerable IT Modernization effort and daytoday activities.
  • Communicating technical issues to the stakeholders in an easytounderstand manner, both in writing and verbally.
  • Onboarding, offboarding and notice of transfer users in Okta.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of equipment, systems, and programming techniques appropriate to the organisation.
  • Imaging devices for Apple and Windows.
  • Hardware and software support on windows and apple.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Office 365, okta and jamf
  • Strong experience in macOS (Monterey) and above, including pushing major macOS updates yearly.
  • Strong experience in managing iOS devices (iPhones and iPads)
  • Strong knowledge of Jamf Pro dashboard, ADE, VPP
  • Good Knowledge of JAMF components (Admin, Composer, Recon)
  • The ability to create apple scripts and JSON files is desired.
  • JAMF 100 and JAMF 200 Certification is desired.
