What are we looking for?
D4C is seeking a talented Digital Support Agent with a range of skills to join our team.

We are looking for a team member who is going to support the technical infrastructure, day-to-day end-user IT support and maintenance and administration of IT Systems for D4C in a professional and competent manner such that it can provide a high level of service to the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively work on the internal Helpdesk, triaging and documenting incidents and requests in JIRA Service Desk.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory and O365 records.
  • Communicate technical issues to stakeholders in an easytounderstand manner, both in writing and verbally.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and notice of transfer for users in Okta.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of equipment, systems, and programming techniques appropriate to the organization.
  • Image devices for both Apple and Windows platforms and provide hardware and software support for Windows and Apple systems.

Requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues such as printer problems, network connectivity issues, and software installations.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory for user management and authentication.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience with Intune for device management.
  • Understanding of Apple macOS environments and proficiency with JAMF for macOS device management.
  • Ability to perform hardware breakfix tasks, including diagnosing and resolving hardwarerelated issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral.
