Job Description*The Opportunity:We, at Flywire, are seeking a
Relationship Manager - this role will be responsible for managing key agent relationships, focusing on the execution of strategies to increase agent utilisation of the Flywire Agent Solution and growth within the region.


  • Working closely with the Director, Agent Partnerships in the execution of strategies designed to increase agent sales growth and crossselling opportunities
  • Responsible for managing and strengthening existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth through crossselling of our products and services; including Payments and Overseas Student Health Cover
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agents and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Onboarding new agents via in person and virtual trainings
  • Manage and build key internal and external stakeholder relationships to execute growth plans
Qualifications*Here's What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, Management or equivalent
  • 3+ years of working experience in the International Education Market (Working with Education/migration agents will be a plus)
  • Experience with Overseas Student Health Cover a plus
  • Consistent record of achieving targets and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding crossselling targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to understand complex products and services.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fastpaced environment.
