What will you be doing in this role:
***A dynamic role that will have you act as the face of the business, attending to enquiries, general office manager duties, supporting multiple agents with the sales administration, assisting with office events, as well as working with other departments from time to time.

  • Order contracts set up new listings
  • Oversee listing and brand compliance
  • Schedule marketing appointments
  • Assist with property marketing
  • Upload new listings to internet and social platforms
  • Prepare for open homes and auctions
  • Prepare marketing collateral to promote agents
  • Manage exchange and settlement paperwork
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Coming with an understanding of the sales process
  • A certificate or registration
  • Highly organised and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize workflow
  • Strong admin skills and confident with technology
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Have a collaborative approach to working
