As the Centre Manager of a new centre you will leverage your experience in recruiting, developing and building your team all whilst working with marketing to increase occupancy.
Your responsibilities extend beyond operational management to cultivate a nurturing and vibrant workplace environment.Your leadership profoundly influences the educational path of the children and staff in your care.
We seek a seasoned leader with experience in similar roles, showcasing adept communication skills to rally, inspire, and empower a team of dedicated early childhood educational professionals who will be instrumental in crafting the learning atmosphere for our children and building strong family connections.
Role requirementsDiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)Proven people management experience with the ability to manage both up and down the chain.
