Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the centre team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including financial management, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure the highest standard of patient care, satisfaction, and safety, meeting or exceeding patient expectations.
  • Clinical Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable medical regulations, privacy legislation, and practice policies, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dental assistants, supporting their learning and development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, dentists, health funds, and local suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Management: Set and meet key performance indicators within agreed budgets for the centre, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or related industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business and commercial acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
