This organization plays a crucial role in supporting various members of our community.
The Job:
Reporting to the Project Director, as the Communications and Engagement Manager, you will be taking on the following responsibilities:
- Advise and support project team and stakeholders on engagement opportunities, risks, and issues.
- Design and implement strategies to engage stakeholders and community at key project stages.
- Create high-quality, strategic messages and content for various audiences and channels.
- Monitor stakeholder environment, identify risks/issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with the Corporate team for consistent stakeholder and media management.
- Evaluate and report on communication activities to align with project objectives and promote best practices.
You:
To excel in this Communications Manager role, you should possess experience in the following areas:
- Minimum of 2 years of senior-level experience in communication, community, and stakeholder engagement, ideally within major infrastructure, government, or large corporate settings.
- IAP2 qualifications are highly regarded.
- Extensive background in creating and assessing engagement strategies with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven skills in managing risks and issues related to stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to establish and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
