About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Community Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a Community Lead, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members, and for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community programs and events to engage members and foster a sense of community
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute events that meet the needs of our members
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including managing the front desk and ensuring that the space is clean and well-maintained
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
