Projects Reference: 4241 About the Role The Manager of Scoping and Development, part of Regional Transport, leads a team of design engineers and project managers to ensure regional transport projects are appropriately scoped, costed, and aligned with the DTP Project Management Framework.

This role provides technical leadership in project design, ensuring excellence across all regional projects.
Additionally, the Manager collaborates with regional stakeholders to identify and integrate opportunities for collaboration into program and project development.

Project Development – Technically fit for purpose projects are scoped, costed and presented in accordance with the DTP Project Management Framework.
