About You
To be successful in this demanding role, you will be a positive leader with the ability to mentor and support staff to create a cohesive, multi-skilled and high performing team. You will be able to establish and manage strategic, productive relationships, and have extensive experience in leading and delivering projects, programs and operations to achieve strong economic outcomes.
You will also have high level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong financial management experience and have a passion to make Bendigo a great place to live, work, visit and invest.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in tourism, business management, commerce or economics.
- A satisfactory Police Records Check and employee Working with Children Check.
