Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Commercial Credit Assurance Program: Design and implement a commercial credit assurance program that supports the Bank's preferred credit risk profile and uplift capabilities and processes.
- Lead Commercial Credit Assurance Team: Guide the team to undertake reviews and successfully achieve key result areas, driving performance through proactive development and performance management.
- Provide Thought Leadership: Offer expert advice on commercial credit assurance to key stakeholders and senior management across the Business and Agribusiness, Customer Enablement, and Group Risk Divisions.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reporting to Senior Management, committees, and the Board, ensuring timely and accurate information.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with significant assurance, oversight, audit, compliance, and/or risk management experience. You will have a strong lending and credit knowledge, particularly commercial lending experience, and be able to analyze regulatory requirements and contribute to the planning and implementation of assurance strategies.
You will be a seasoned people leader, driving performance through proactive development and performance management of your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your ability to build strong internal and external relationships and establish yourself as a trusted adviser will be essential in this role.
