About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity in our Media Measurement Team to become a trusted business partner to your clients by supporting their business.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, who wants to progress their career or is looking to re-enter the work force .

The Senior Account Executive will:
  • Act as a valued partner to our clients
  • Become an expert in the market
  • Ensure effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new clients
  • Educate customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs
  • Liaise directly with the industry on all survey based related collateral
  • Run final quality checks for the GfK seal of quality
  • Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions
  • Help improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and value

In other words: You will make the difference by being the face of our company and its media solutions

About you:

The ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running, be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to react and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs with great communication skills.

You'll also have:
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in media/radio industry
  • Excellent language skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
  • Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
  • Ability to address real-world business problems analytically
  • Driving delivery of results for clients& GfK with a strong attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong skills in Salesforce and MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.

This position is available for immediate start and can be full-time or part-time
