I am looking for a warm and friendly receptionist to join me in a psychology clinic at Grange.

The position is
permanent casual for approximately 10 hours per week, which
are to be completed in three shifts, from Mondays to Thursdays.



The applicant should:

  • Have
    excellent computer skills especially using Microsoft Office (including Excel spreadsheet and word document) and pdfs
  • Have
    some previous experience working in a medical or allied health clinic
  • Be highly reliable, positive, initiative and resourceful
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional phone manner
  • Be able to stay calm in challenging or stressful situations
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Be able to multitask

The applicant is preferred to have:

  • Developed skills to communicate clearly and effectively using psychological terminology.
  • Demonstrated high level skills in negotiation and experience in dealing with difficult people.
  • Some experience in maintaining a website.

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
