Casual Receptionist

Southwest Wellness Centre is looking for a highly passionate person to help run our front reception desk. We are looking for someone who loves a busy reception and fast paced environment, who has the ability to multitask and who has outstanding customer service. This is an integral and important role within our centre as the reception desk is the hub and central point of our facility.

The roster for this position is:
Monday 4pm-8pm
Friday 3.30pm-8pm
Saturday 7.30am-4pm

- Answering calls and assisting with enquiries
- Meeting and greeting patients and visitors at the front desk
- Liaising with patients, caregivers and allied health regarding enquiries, bookings, accounts and appointments.
- Preparing and sending letters and associated paperwork to medical practices. Scan and file letters and results
- Ensure the smooth running all appointments, including assisting practitioners to keep on schedule
- Take payments from customers and provide receipts
Ensure reception is kept clean and maintained to the highest standards.
