Our opportunity

The Executive Divisional Coordinator will provide high level administrative support to the Director, Gambling.

Key accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director including email and calendar management, meeting agenda and minutes, procurement tasks and follow up of outstanding issues on behalf of the Division;
  • Prepare reports, briefing papers on activities within the Division;
  • Provide support for commission inquiries which includes payment and filing in accordance with financial procedures and licence renewal processes.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all levels across the organisation.
