About the role:


This role will have an in depth understanding of their regional education community through engaging, managing and maintaining the end-to-end lifecycle of the customer relationship.


About you:

  • Creates opportunity to prospect and cold call potential customers and is driven by selfmotivation
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) across a diverse audience
  • Establishes and maintains long term, mutually beneficial relationships with business customers and gains their trust and respect
  • Ability to effectively manage difficult customers and situations whilst remaining calm and in control
  • Effective stakeholder management skills (internal and external customers)
  • Effective negotiation skills with an ability to effectively educate and influence the customer
  • Able to work in and adapt to a fastpaced and changing environment
  • Excellent time management with and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
