Could you be the full-time Financial Accounts Manager in North Ryde/Sydney we're looking for?

Your future role


You'll drive the production and control of financial information relating to cash outflow forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, hedges accounting and accounts payable tools and SAP.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Shared Service Centre), taking care of payments, deadlines, controls and much more.


We'll look to you for:

  • Validate accounting documents and monitor all accounting operations
  • Validate accounting entries prepared by Global Finance Center Team
  • Monthly reconciliation of main P&L and BS accounts
  • Carry out analysis on request and make recommendations
  • Ensure a good coordination of information transmission in order to maintain an adequate accounts management
  • Overhead related accruals management and posting
  • Coordination of intercompany invoices/recharges (ICS)
  • FCF1 follow up/reporting (payables, receivables)
  • Ensure Depreciation journal, calculation of NBV is correct and monitor fully depreciated assets
  • Insurance allocations
  • Payroll posting and monitoring, payroll control analysis/review with Payroll department
  • POH/NPOH fees
  • Internal Audit files
  • External Audit files preparation and being a primary contact for auditors
  • Monitor foreign currency related risk and hedge exposure and instrument comparison
  • Supporting ERP integration process

All about you
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about problem solving. You will also have

  • Graduated with relevant B A. Degree on Accounting or similar area
  • Financial Certification is a plus
  • Experience of financial accounting, preferably in a large multinational company
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, resilience and a team player
  • Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and SAP
  • Ability to use integrated financial systems
