What this job involves:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our team based on site in North Rocks.

You will work across three centres within western Sydney and provide support on a day-to-day basis with delivery functions of retailers and ensuring compliance with performance expectations.


A snapshot of the role:

Rent collection - chasing tenants for outstanding arrears
Accounts receivable - processing retailer charges and invoices, monitoring of daily allocations; calculation of income accruals where necessary
Overall co-ordination of the centre-based Lease Administration process such as Lease input, bank guarantee and PLI
Coordinate and prepare monthly client reports such as P&L and Retail Report and manage input from all stakeholders
Process all rent reviews and update billing details
Participate in the annual budget process, working with all stakeholders, assist Centre Manager with review of budgets and manage communications of outgoings charges to retailers

To be successful, you'll be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer service and administration.

You will be highly organised with a methodical approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Previous Shopping Centre administration and accounts experience will be highly regarded
Experience with lease admin systems preferably MRI
