The Opportunity
A great chance to become part of our sales team servicing the dynamic and diverse Convenience Channel.

The primary responsibilities of this exciting role is to generate significant new business growth and improve share of wallet within existing and new Customers allocated to your territory.


As a Repco Sales Account Manager your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to).

  • Manage the territory in line with Repco's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan.
  • Maintaining a customer territory, leveraging our CRM program to maximise business opportunities and sales growth.
  • This role will cover the North Shore, Southern Shire & South Coast region with regular travel to the Sapphire Coast.
  • Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.

  • Industry Account Management experience is preferred in either of the following sectors:

  • Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
  • Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
