About the role

As a Marketing Manager within Vocus' Enterprise & Government division, your role will be to design, manage and execute an integrated annual marketing plan to support our Wholesale and International business whilst delivering against commercial and customer objectives.

You'll be developing compelling Go-to-Market marketing strategies that connect with the buyer across their journey and working with our supporting agencies to identify, research, and understand these channels; designing compelling approaches to engage the targeted audiences.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deliver an integrated marketing calendar.
  • Working closely with the Marketing services team to identify assets and collaterals required within your defined marketing program, securing content from SME's.
  • Being the marketing lead that covers the product marketing requirements for the Cloud portfolio.
  • Virtual team lead with SME's and stakeholders within sales to successfully deliver the marketing programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Proactively engage the business with marketing insights and actions to drive measurable demand and lead generation throughout the year.
  • Manage, control and report on marketing operational expenditure vs. budget.
  • Work closely with other Marketing Managers to leverage common campaigns across segments that are then localised for your segment as required.

You'll bring to this role:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with National Marketing/Product Marketing accountability.
  • Working knowledge of marketing best practices, wholesale and product portfolios with s prime focus on Cloud.
  • Solid experience in the design, development and execution of marketing programs, campaigns and events that drive demand and lead generation.
  • Exceptional ability to lead launch teams and manage different stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and persist to deliver the desired commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Robust understanding of effective brand content, and how to deliver to targeted audiences.
