The Senior Wholesale Account Coordinator is a senior level team member in the Sales and Marketing Team, who is responsible for account management and sales order coordination of VIP wholesale clients. They are focused on fostering long-term and mutually beneficial relationships, and maximizing spend potential of wholesale clients. They also act as a mid-senior level team member for wholesale and administration processes and proactively optimise processes within the team.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
**Team Leadership in Sales Order Management**
- Sales order coordination, ensuring precise processes from receipt to delivery. Aiming for a seamless customer experience
**Enhanced Client Relationship Management**
- Cultivate and optimise the wholesale client experience, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships and maximising sales potentials
**Identifications and pursuit of business opportunities**
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for repeat and new business with wholesale clients
**Comprehensive Product Administration**
- Oversee end-to-end product and range administration tasks, including data management, linesheet creation and generating planning reports
**Key Success Indicators**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer/client-centric approach
- Familiarity with Indigo 8, Fineline or similar systems
