Key Responsibilities:
Strategically manage and deepen relationships with key corporate accounts.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and potential strategic partners.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategic account management with broader business goals.
Drive the negotiation process, maintaining a balance between client satisfaction and company profitability.
Develop and implement account plans that establish clear strategies for maintaining and potentially expanding customer relationships.
Act as the escalation point for the support team to help manage complex service delivery situationsQualification & Requirements:
Substantial experience in strategic account management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
Superb communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within an organization.
A critical thinker, with a strong interest and curiosity in technical solutions and problem solvingA goal-orientated approach, resilient in the face of challenges, and tenacious in pursuing objectives.
