As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating long-term strategic relationships, and driving sales productivity.

Join our dynamic team in Brisbane on a full-time basis, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Provide support to Account Executives and Account Managers in achievement of sales targets through:

  • Timely response to queries, both internal and external.
  • Accurate preparation of quotations and sales proposals, utilising various applications.
  • Provide Input to tenders, enterprise agreements and maintain pricing on portals.
  • Handle customer price list preparation and distribution.
  • Weekly examination of Back Order reports, renewals, and cases, serving as the point of contact for order fulfilment inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, assist with forecasting, attend relevant events, and optimise product sourcing for competitive advantage and revenue.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales administration or customer-focused support role, in an ICT environment, specifically and preferably with software licensing.
  • Proven integrity in personnel, customer, and supplier interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
  • Sound understanding of IT products and solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities across internal and external teams.
  • Highly organised and computer literate with the ability to adapt to complex processes and operational systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft CSP, Enterprise agreements and licensing is preferred.
