This role offers a Monday to Friday roster, a generous salary package, the support of a National Operations team and the autonomy to allow you to be you and shine.
Key Duties
- Client management, event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functions
- Mentoring and growing your team
- Conduct regular site inspections, client followups and liaison, ensuring operation meets Compass Group standards
- Work cooperatively with the operations and kitchen teams daily, provide strong leadership and guidance
- Consistently reevaluate working practices in terms of efficiency, innovation and cost cutting procedures and seek out and implement new practices where required
- Invest in relationships with industry peers and colleagues to ensure best practice methods are applied and the team is up to date with industry/global trends
The Person
- Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Experience in a comparable environment or within a multisite catering environment
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
