We're seeking a skilled Hospitality Partnerships Manager to join our Strategy & Partnerships teams in APAC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a vast network of product integrations partners that complement and power our hospitality point of sale products in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire integration partner lifecycle, including discovery, qualification, contract negotiation, integration validation, documentation, launch, and continued go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to determine and execute on our priorities, including the wider strategy, product, sales, legal, and finance teams at Lightspeed.
- Work with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with hospitality integration partners.
- Identify, sign, launch, and manage new integrations for Lightspeed's core hospitality products.
- Provide technical guidance to partners on Lightspeed's APIs during their integration build.
- Deliver feedback to product and technology teams to help improve and grow our API endpoints and partner tools, and influence product roadmaps.
- Validate integrations when partners have completed their build, confirming the usage of the API is appropriate and the functionality will meet our customers' standards.
- Work with sales enablement teams to ensure awareness and understanding of new and existing partner integrations.
- Work closely with sales, product, customer, and support teams to gather feedback from the market on existing and missing integrations.
- Work with marketing teams to identify and execute on opportunities for co-marketing initiatives with key partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for inbound product partnership requests.
- Maintain high-quality internal and external integration documentation.
- Leverage connections and relationships with key partners to identify industry trends and opportunities for Lightspeed.
- 3-5 years of experience working in partnerships or in a technical account manager capacity in the SaaS space, preferably in point of sale, payments, or hospitality tech.
- Alternatively, you could come from a background in SaaS sales with a huge passion for technology and a desire to expand your career.
- Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams.
- Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably in a fast-growth and global company.
- Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as deliver executional plans that have measurable impact on the business.
- Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners.
- Technical aptitude with APIs and ability to provide guidance to partners on how to work with them.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
