  • Organize and control the day-to-day operations of In Room Dining to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, ensuring that all areas are adequately staffed to meet business demands.
  • Ensure that the outlet is set to the required standard, following all departmental procedures and checklists.
  • Assist the Outlets Manager in training and developing ambassadors, maintaining a detailed training log.
  • Count and reconcile cash floats at the start and conclusion of each shift.
  • Ensure that all service and brand standards are met while on shift.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in high-volume restaurants is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Always display a professional appearance, representing the Sofitel brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
