The Role
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for and not be limited to;

  • Daily operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Data maintenance, contract updates, and reporting
  • Participate in disciplinary/grievance management.
  • Internal and External HR related inquiries and requests
  • Assist with HR projects.
  • Workers' compensation management
  • Human Resources qualification
  • Strong verbal and influencing skills.
  • Great attention to detail and intermediate to advance with Microsoft.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
