Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Brunel Australasia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Director and collaborating with the payroll and finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including award interpretation and payroll management.
  • Manage administrative processes for documents, database, and online systems.
  • Collaborate with the payroll and finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support performance management processes and provide guidance on employee relations matters and performance improvement plans.
  • Partner with business units to understand their objectives and provide HR support.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical company with a passion for science, technology, and innovation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Director and contribute to the success of the ANZ team.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles with business partner responsibilities in a mid-large organization.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Australian work rights required.
