About the Role
This role will suit an experienced HR professional, who brings a breadth of generalist skills and experience across the full employee lifecycle, including the performance cycle, and remuneration reviews.
This role will act as the key point of contact for Partners and senior stakeholders in the firm, and will be the escalation point for any complex people matters.
Key to success will be the ability to engage, educate and influence senior stakeholders, and coach and guide them through any cyclical or adhoc HR requirements.
About You
A confident HR Manager or Business Partner, you will possess the ability to manage, influence and uphold a consultative approach, build new relationships effectively and foster already established partnerships.
You will bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders and high-level organisational skills.Exposure to professional services or law firms will be highly regarded.
