Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Offering expert advice to key stakeholders in alignment with HR policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for handling HR queries, issues, and requests from internal and external parties.
- Handling employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Managing workforce planning processes to support mobilization, demobilization, and redeployment efforts.
- Guiding managers on processes related to role changes, compensation, promotions, and related tasks.
- Producing reports and analyzing HR metrics.
- Supporting recruitment and mobilization teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Participating in corporate initiatives, activities, and programs for project teams.
What You'll Contribute to the Team:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general HR role, preferably in the resources sector.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in applying employment legislation, awards, policies, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
- Proven expertise in performance management and workplace investigations.
- Confidence in interacting with technical experts and providing informed HR leadership.
- Passion for HR, driving cultural change, and fostering strong relationships.
