Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Offering expert advice to key stakeholders in alignment with HR policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for handling HR queries, issues, and requests from internal and external parties.
  • Handling employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Managing workforce planning processes to support mobilization, demobilization, and redeployment efforts.
  • Guiding managers on processes related to role changes, compensation, promotions, and related tasks.
  • Producing reports and analyzing HR metrics.
  • Supporting recruitment and mobilization teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Participating in corporate initiatives, activities, and programs for project teams.

What You'll Contribute to the Team:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general HR role, preferably in the resources sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in applying employment legislation, awards, policies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
  • Proven expertise in performance management and workplace investigations.
  • Confidence in interacting with technical experts and providing informed HR leadership.
  • Passion for HR, driving cultural change, and fostering strong relationships.
