$400- $500 per day + super (depending on experience)
The Facilities Contract Performance Manager oversights and manages the outsourced service provider's conformance to contract requirements relating to delivery of facilities management, work health safety, compliance, and sustainability services, as well as relevant government procurement policies and procedures.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate ongoing performance and initiatives by the outsourced service providers to drive services improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the Contract Management and asset management teams in driving a consistent approach to property and facilities management, WHS and compliance across the owned and leased portfolio.
- Manage facilities and contract performance reporting.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders for feedback on the outsourced service providers performance and managing and escalating issues as necessary.
- Liaise with management teams of Whole of Government contracts on supplier engagements and performance.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Development & Management team in identifying and developing measures.
