About the Role

BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services, ensuring that all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and the financial success of the contract is achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of the Services Agreement, ensuring all contractual KPIs are met.
  • Financial Management: Drive the financial success of the contract, achieving the yearly profit forecast.
  • Customer Advocacy: Promote customer advocacy by delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and communicate with employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (OHS&E) standards are upheld.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in Facilities, Property, Project, and Financial Management.
  • Background: Strong background in large-scale maintenance management.
  • Collaboration: Experience with collaborative contracting and relationship building.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of legislative requirements for maintenance.
  • Subcontractor Management: Expertise in subcontractor procurement and management.
  • Environmental Management: Experience in environmental, energy, and OH&S management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMMS, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Qualifications: Qualification or experience in Facilities Management.
