Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of the Services Agreement, ensuring all contractual KPIs are met.
- Drive the financial success of the contract, achieving the yearly profit forecast.
- Promote customer advocacy by delivering exceptional service.
- Lead and communicate with employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (OHS&E) standards are upheld.
- Proven experience in Facilities, Property, Project, and Financial Management.
- Strong background in large-scale maintenance management.
- Experience with collaborative contracting and relationship building.
- Extensive knowledge of legislative requirements for maintenance.
- Expertise in subcontractor procurement and management.
- Experience in environmental, energy, and OH&S management.
- Proficiency in CMMS, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Qualification or experience in Facilities Management.
