Being an experienced regional manager, you should possess an in-depth comprehension of the sales landscape and have guided sales teams in a regional setting to consistently meet sales goals.

The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to craft targeted sales and service strategies tailored to our aged care clients' needs.

You will transfer your sales knowledge and behaviors to the regional sales team, steering daily sales activities to meet performance objectives.

Your steady leadership will foster an environment conducive to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets within your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess extensive knowledge of Care Community offerings and value proposition
  • Engage with customers throughout their sales journey
  • Monitor and enhance sales performance across the region
  • Analyze sales team members' performance data and offer improvement suggestions
  • Provide leadership, training, and growth opportunities to the regional sales team
  • Prepare weekly sales priorities based on Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Track progress against sales goals and ensure service level benchmarks are met
  • Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction and conversion rates
  • Align with General Managers on daily sales practices and action plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and engage a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated capability in devising customer-centric strategies
  • Strong analytical and problems solving acumen
  • Familiarity with funding requirements, regulations, and industry standards
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record
