Psychosocial Social Media Management, OH&S Business Partner

South-Eastern Suburb based, Victoria
Type:
Ongoing Full-Time, from January 2024.
Salary:
$110,754 per annum + 11% Superannuation
Work Arrangement: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies supporting psychosocial wellbeing for under 18 students, both onsite and in remote settings.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a safe online environment, focusing on social media management within OH&S guidelines.
- Provide expert OH&S support and guidance from a hospital or community health services context, addressing risks and challenges unique to these environments.
- Develop protocols for managing psychosocial risks related to social media use among under 18 students, aligning with OH&S standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate psychosocial risks, emphasizing safety in digital spaces.
- Advise on the creation and implementation of policies governing social media use within OH&S frameworks for under 18 individuals.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in OH&S.
- Proven experience in psychosocial social media management.
- Understanding of the unique challenges from an OH&S perspective from a healthcare/community based perspective
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits related to psychosocial aspects, especially within digital environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
