WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As the Project Scheduler and Support Officer you will: Take direction from and work closely with the Project Manager Manage and maintain project schedules in MS Project Provide expert advice & assistance in respect of project schedules Use initiative & experience to analyse, plan, review and adjust priorities to meet business outcomes Undertake objective & systematic analysis Draw accurate conclusions based on evidence Provide detailed technical, operational, professional, and procedural advice for complex activities Engage with project stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations Assist project teams to meet targets Prepare and organise project meetings and reports Prepare and organise timely delivery of project documentation Maintain project registers Identify and implement process improvements as required Report to the Head of Engineering WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Minimum 5 years experience working in project scheduling & support roles Honed skills to deliver, plan & support PM activities and scheduling Financial acumen and modelling Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities Ability to produce well written and accurate work to meet deadlines Experience in managing technical staff Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, process oriented and excellent record keeping Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related STEM or commerce area Live in South Australia or willing to relocate Be an AUSTRALIAN citizen (non-citizens are unable to be considered due to the nature of our work)
