About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Officer to join our team at ACH Group. As a Scheduling Officer, you will play a critical role in coordinating the scheduling of Support Workers and Cleaners, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the scheduling of Support Workers and Cleaners to deliver services in customers' homes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in various systems
  • Manage customer and employee queries
  • Prioritize work and manage schedules in a high-volume environment
  • Deliver high-level customer service
  • Solve problems and think critically
  • Utilize computer skills, including MS Office and database experience
  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Requirements
  • Rostering, scheduling, and/or general high-level administration experience
  • Skills to prioritize work and manage schedules in a volume environment
  • Ability to deliver high-level customer service
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Computer skills, including MS Office and database experience
  • Outstanding attention to detail
