About the Role

  • Support the Executive Director and MSAMHS Executive in shaping the people and culture strategic direction, exercising a high level of business and industrial/political acumen as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide strategic leadership across MSAMHS, and collaboratively across the broader health service, including leading strategic workforce projects and driving the Future Workforcefocussed leadership and capability agenda.
  • Provide specialist advice and recommendations to Executive and senior management on a wide range of contemporary human resource issues to enable and maximise the workforce for the delivery of health services in a large complex and evolving health care environment.
