Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior management and employees
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of leading HR teams and driving business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of labour law, industrial relations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
