About the role

As a key IT contact for the Perth office, you will interact closely with end users responding, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems whilst communicating professionally from assignment of ticket to resolution of the issue.
In addition, you will be responsible for providing on-site support, installation, configuration and problem resolution in PC / network environments.

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with each internal client.
You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience providing imaging of laptop and desktop PC's as well as conducting installations, moves, software and hardware adds and changes.
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows environments is mandatory. Previous exposure to Citrix is desirable.
- Knowledge of Video Conference troubleshooting across Webex, Zoom and Teams.
- Previous experience in using a Helpdesk call logging system.
